REFUND POLICY
At BOOSTRFAT, we are committed to delivering high-quality YouTube thumbnails through our subscription-based service. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all our clients, we have outlined our refund policy below:
π¦ Subscription Plans
BOOSTRFAT offers three monthly subscription plans:
Essential β $299/month (5 thumbnails)
Pro β $549/month (10 thumbnails)
Limitless β $997/month (Unlimited thumbnails, 1 request at a time, 24β48 hour turnaround)
πΈ Refund Eligibility
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
Accidental or Unauthorized Charges
If you are charged automatically without prior notice or authorization, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment.
Service Not Delivered
If no thumbnails have been delivered and no work has been initiated on your account for that billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund.
Moral Grounds
We reserve the right to partially refund or decline requests that conflict with our moral values and internal guidelines (e.g., inappropriate or unethical content requests).
β Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
If at least one thumbnail has been successfully delivered and approved by the client.
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days β the service will be considered fulfilled and marked as delivered.
If the client cancels mid-month, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
If the client is unsatisfied with the outcome, we offer unlimited revisions and will continue working until satisfaction β however, this does not qualify for a refund.
If the client has used part of their thumbnails quota, no partial refunds will be issued unless the request breaches our moral policy.
βΈ Pausing and Rollover Policy
Only Limitless Plan subscribers can pause their subscription.
Essential and Pro Plan users cannot pause, but unused thumbnails will roll over to the next month.
π Subscription Cancellation
Clients can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Clients are notified before each renewal to avoid accidental charges.
β οΈ Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error or would like to dispute a transaction, please reach out to our team at [your support email/contact form] within 7 days of the charge for assistance.
