At BOOSTRAFT, we are committed to delivering high-quality YouTube thumbnails through our subscription-based service. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all our clients, we have outlined our refund policy below:
Subscription Plans
BOOSTRAFT offers two monthly subscription plans:
Limitless – $997/month
Unlimited thumbnails
1 request at a time (24–48 hour turnaround)
Limitless Plus – $1,497/month
Everything in Limitless
2 active requests at a time
Pause option
Auto A/B Testing & Thumbnail Rehashing (handled by our strategist team to maximize views)
Refund Eligibility
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
Accidental or Unauthorized Charges
If you are charged automatically without prior notice or authorization, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment.
Service Not Delivered
If no thumbnails have been delivered and no work has been initiated on your account for that billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund.
Moral Grounds
We reserve the right to partially refund or decline requests that conflict with our moral values and internal guidelines (e.g., inappropriate or unethical content requests).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
If at least one thumbnail has been successfully delivered and approved by the client.
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, the service will be considered fulfilled and marked as delivered.
If the client cancels mid-month, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
If the client is unsatisfied with the outcome, we offer unlimited revisions and will continue working until satisfaction, however, this does not qualify for a refund.
If the client is subscribed to Limitless Plus and any A/B testing or rehashing work has been initiated by the strategist team, this counts as service initiation and will not be eligible for a refund.
⏸ Pausing and Rollover Policy
Only Limitless Plus subscribers can pause their subscription.
Limitless users cannot pause, and there is no rollover since the plan is unlimited.
Subscription Cancellation
Clients can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Clients are notified before each renewal to avoid accidental charges.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error or would like to dispute a transaction, please reach out to our team at boostraft@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge for assistance.
