Welcome to BOOSTRFAT. By subscribing to our thumbnail design services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between BOOSTRFAT and its clients. Please read them carefully.

1. 📦 Plan Details

Essential Plan

  • Includes up to 5 thumbnails per month.

  • Requests exceeding this limit will not be fulfilled unless an additional purchase is made.

Pro Plan

  • Includes up to 10 thumbnails per month.

  • Requests beyond 10 thumbnails will not be completed unless billed separately.

Limitless Plan

  • Allows for unlimited thumbnail requests, but only one active request at a time.

  • Additional requests will be queued in a backlog and worked on sequentially.

2. ⏱ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time ranges from 12 to 48 hours, with most thumbnails delivered within 24 hours.

  • This timeline applies to the first draft/concept of each request.

  • Revisions are not covered under this timeframe and will be delivered after the initial concept is sent.

3. 🔁 Revisions

  • Clients may request unlimited revisions per thumbnail.

  • A revision is defined as a change to an existing concept (e.g., font, color, image swap).

  • A completely new concept is not considered a revision and may require a new request depending on your plan’s limit.

4. 🔄 A/B Variations

  • Clients may request minor A/B variations such as:

    • Text changes

    • Font swaps

    • Color adjustments

  • These count as part of your original request and do not reduce your monthly quota.

5. ➕ Extra Thumbnails

  • Clients on Essential or Pro plans may request additional thumbnails beyond their monthly limit.

  • Extra thumbnails will be invoiced separately. Work will begin once payment is confirmed.

  • Requests should be made via the Discord channel or official communication portal.

6. 🔁 Plan Management

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Clients can upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time.

  • Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

Cancellations

  • Essential and Pro plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Limitless plan clients may pause or cancel at any time with prior notice. Pausing is only available for this tier.

7. 📵 Content Restrictions

BOOSTRFAT does not accept thumbnail requests that include:

  • Nudity (in any form)

  • Offensive or abusive language

  • Controversial religious topics

If a request violates these terms:

  • It will be rejected

  • The client may replace the request or receive a refund for that specific task only

8. ⌛ Delays & Responsibilities

  • BOOSTRFAT is responsible for meeting delivery deadlines (within 48 hours) for standard requests.

  • In case of emergencies or team off-days, clients will be notified in advance.

  • BOOSTRFAT is not responsible for delays caused by the client, such as:

    • Missing assets or unclear briefs

    • Incomplete instructions or delayed communication

9. 🧾 Copyrights & Usage Rights

  • All images, fonts, and assets used in the thumbnails are sourced from copyright-safe repositories.

  • Once a thumbnail is completed and delivered, the client owns full rights to the final design.

  • BOOSTRFAT retains the right to showcase designs for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

10. 📬 Communication Channels

  • All communication regarding requests, changes, and additional purchases should be conducted via Discord or official BOOSTRFAT communication channels.
